Welcome to Revolve Technologies. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, website, and all interactions with us. By engaging our services or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2.Company Overview

Revolve Technologies is a Nigerian-based company offering IT solutions including web and app development, UI/UX design, WooCommerce integration, IT support, cybersecurity services, branding, training, graphics/printing services, and the sales of hardware and software such as laptops and phones.


3. Services

3.1 Web & App Development

We provide customized web and mobile application development services. Project timelines, deliverables, and fees will be outlined in a written agreement or invoice prior to the start of any project.

3.2 IT Support & Cybersecurity

Our IT support includes remote and on-site maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Cybersecurity services include risk assessment, firewall configuration, penetration testing, and data protection solutions. Clients are responsible for timely provision of access and information.

3.3 Branding, Graphics, & Printing

Design and branding work may include logo creation, brand strategy, marketing materials, and print production. All drafts are subject to revision limits, which will be specified per project.

 3.4 Hardware & Software Sales

We offer laptops, phones, and licensed software. All product warranties and return policies are governed by our vendors and manufacturers. Clients must verify specifications before purchase.

3.5 Training

Our training services include individual and group sessions on IT skills, tools, and software. Training fees must be paid in advance, unless otherwise agreed.

 


4. Payment Terms

  • A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required to initiate any projects.
  • Remaining balances are due upon delivery or completion unless otherwise stated.
  • Late payments may incur interest of 5% monthly.
  • Payment methods accepted: bank transfer, USSD, mobile transfer, or card (via approved payment gateways).

 


5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks, created by Revolve Technologies during a project shall remain our property until full payment is received.

Upon full payment, ownership of final designs, websites, or applications will transfer to the client, unless otherwise stated in writing. Source files and raw materials remain the property of Revolve Technologies unless explicitly handed over.

 


6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information and materials needed to complete projects.
  • Respond to communications and provide timely feedback.
  • Respect payment deadlines and review periods.
  • Secure their login credentials, accounts, and infrastructure with strong security practices.

 


7. Confidentiality

Revolve Technologies agrees to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive client information and will not disclose or share data with third parties without prior written consent, except where legally required.

 


8. Limitation of Liability

Revolve Technologies shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits or data resulting from service use.
  • Delays caused by client inaction, third-party vendors, or external forces.
  • Issues arising from misuse or unauthorized alteration of delivered products.

In any case, our total liability will be limited to the amount paid for the service in question.


9. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Projects may be canceled by either party with written notice.
  • Refunds (if applicable) are only issued for undelivered services, minus any administrative or work-related costs already incurred.

10. Termination

Revolve Technologies reserves the right to terminate a service agreement if:

  • The client breaches any of these Terms.
  • Payments are not made as agreed.
  • The client becomes uncooperative or abusive.

11. Third-Party Services

We may recommend or integrate third-party services or platforms (e.g., hosting, payment gateways, servers, plugins). We are not liable for the performance, security, or availability of these external services.


12. Privacy Policy

Our privacy policy governs how we collect, store, and use client data. By using our services, you consent to this data use as outlined in our separate Privacy Policy.


13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, before seeking legal action.


14. Amendments

Revolve Technologies reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of any revised Terms.
